What a great event! CENTURY 21 Realty Group had the annual business conference today, February 4th. In addition to visiting with friends from our 14 offices across the state, I got to meet Tom Kunz, the President of CENTURY 21. He came from New Jersey to celebrate our success as the number one company in the entire CENTURY 21 system. Now that I think about it, we've had that distinction most years since 1994.
I want to thank my clients and colleagues. Our environment fosters a success mentality! We've got the tools and staff to help us be at our best. CENTURY 21 sends surveys to all of our clients. Basically, I had to get a nine or a ten on every point on the service questionnaire to be recognized as a Quality Service award winner. I was honored because my clients are wonderful people who allowed me to be a part of their transition and we worked well together. Also, to my surprise, of all the agents not on a team of two or more agents, I was the one in our office who had the best volume. Again, I am thankful that so many of my clients for the past thirty years are still referring me to their friends and family. Thank you so much.
